Mix 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Put it in a jar. Use it on chicken, turkey, and potatoes.
It will not taste like salt. It will taste like those spices, which is the point. Finish the plate with lemon.
Some salt-free blends at the store are potassium chloride. If you have kidney disease or take medicines that change potassium, ask a clinician before you use those. A jar of paprika and garlic does not have that issue.
The full method is seasoning that tastes like something. Pair it with a yogurt sauce when the plate needs moisture.
