How do I get a free printable?
Open the template and print the sheet. No email is required. Use your browser's print dialog at actual size.
What if checkout does nothing useful?
Buy buttons stay disabled and do not open a sample checkout until CHECKOUT_URL_DEFAULT or a per-product CHECKOUT_URL points at a real seller. This site does not process payment.
Can I share the files?
Print them for your own kitchen or family. Do not resell the files. This is a starter license for the draft, and a lawyer should review it before you take real orders.
Are the nutrition numbers medical advice?
No. They are rounded kitchen estimates. Sodium targets, texture diets, and training fuel are individual. Use a clinician or coach when you have one.
