Lunches that reheat like food
Keep sauce, crunch, and lemon out of the container until noon, and yesterday's dinner can still be lunch.

A lunch fails when Sunday's dressing soaks the grain, the lettuce dies, and the chicken is dry. Pack the sauce in a small jar. Pack cucumber or herbs in a corner or a separate cup. Reheat the protein and the starch, then add the fresh part.
Pack the container before you eat dinner so the portion is decided by the plan, not by whatever survived the table. Leftovers into lunch is that habit in one page.
If you would not eat it cold or from a microwave, do not pack it and then buy a second lunch. Choose a different dinner tomorrow.
