A caregiver's weekday meal system
A large-print log, two soft meals, and a freezer portion with the reheat steps taped to the lid.

When more than one person handles meals, the system has to be visible. A large-print log on the fridge beats a text thread. Write what was offered, roughly what was eaten, and fluids, including soup.
Batch two gentle foods: a soup and a shredded meat or meatballs. Label the date in big letters. Tape "heat until steaming, then wait" on the lid. Leave one meal that you know the person likes, not a week of experiments.
Sodium and texture limits come from clinicians. The sodium tracker can help you see a label. It cannot set the target. If intake is falling day after day, call the clinic. The log is the evidence you hand them.
Start with meals a caregiver can batch.
