Weeknight dinners
Build a dinner rotation
Twelve dinners, some fast and some freezable, written down so 6 p.m. is a lookup and not a debate.

List twelve dinners you have cooked and would cook again. Mark four as fast, four as good leftovers, four as freezer meals. Cross off anything that needs a special grocery trip every time.
That list is the rotation. Put it on the printable. When the week is blank, copy four of them onto the planner. You are allowed to repeat.
The generator can draft a week if you want a shove. Replace anything you dread after you have cooked it twice. A rotation of resentful meals is just a menu of future takeout.
A twelve-dinner rotation has the same steps beside the recipes.
