High-protein meal prep

How a training week gets fed

The repeatable kitchen behind a hard training block: protein at breakfast, a Sunday cook, and no new diet every Monday.

The kitchen part is not a training program for sale. It is breakfast with protein, lunches that already exist, and dinners that do not start in a drive-through.

A training week gets fed when the food is decided before the workout, not after. Use the protein calculator once for a sketch, then cook from high-protein meal prep. Most people do not need a new recipe. They need the same three meals to show up.

Put a starch on the plate the day before a long session. Rice, potatoes, or oats are not the enemy of protein. Under-eating and then "making up for it" at 10 p.m. is the pattern that undoes the week.

If a coach gave you fueling numbers, use those. This is a home cook's schedule, not a sports-science prescription.

The practical next step is meal prep for long training days and a weekly planner with the hard days marked.
