Paper meal plans, and when they win

A fridge page beats an app you do not open. An app wins when several people edit one list. Most kitchens know which problem they have.

Paper wins when the decision happens in the kitchen and more than one person needs to see it without a login. A caregiver, a partner, a teenager: they can read a fridge page.

An app wins when you want shared edits from two stores or a long chart. It loses when the login is the reason dinner was never written down.

The comparison is paper vs an app. The page to print first is the weekly planner. Fill dinners. Repeat breakfast. Stop there.

If you want the three-page set, the Sunday reset is the bundle. The free sheets are enough to know whether you are a paper person.
